If your version gives you the option for "Quick Repair" or "Online Repair" Choose Online Repair. Generally it's something like this: Open the Windows Control Panel to run Programs and Features (formerly Add or Remove Programs) (If you are using the category view you will find "Uninstall a program under Programs), click Modify on the Office version installed on your machine (click OK) and choose the repair option.

MS-Excel is working just fine for me and no other applications I use have issue with it, but I get this error, "You must have Microsoft® Excel installed on your machine to be able to generate a Board Stack Report." Starting in Version: 18.0 I can no longer generate any outputs that require MS-Excel since there seems to be an issue with Altium's ability to open the program.
